What Isn't Always Seen

Every Monday Matthew works alongside his support to pick up rubbish from the two walking paths on the edge of the community, he clears any rubbish on site always remembering to wear his high visibility jacket. Last week Matthew helped renovate an old outhouse; digging out the blocked door, putting on a new roof and disposing of old items ready for the outhouse to be used for the equipment he and others use on the estate. Clearing the recent snow with shovels and putting down rock salt was a safety priority and hard work.

Other jobs that Matthew has helped with were building the sheds at Teyva and Leven, moving furniture, clearing out the basement area under the bakery and moving any wood to the wood store. The last job of the week is on a Friday when Matthew brushes round the bakery and café areas and come summer ...........guess who helps to cut the grass?

Thank you Matthew for all your hard work.
