Alteration works were started by WB Construction on 16th August, to be completed on 18th December works comprise of disabled adaptation works, this means widening the door ways for wheelchair users, and installing a lift.  The ground floor will provide a bedroom with ensuite, wc and shower room, bedroom 2 at the rear of the building is of larger floor area leading from a lounge / dining area.  Entry to the building through the front door leads onto a lobby with staircase on the left then a hall with a utility on the right next  the lift will go adjacent.  Accessible bathroom provided by reducing the former kitchen a new accessible kitchen built on the back and now increased by the removable of part of the rear wall.  Leading from the lounge / dining area is a garden room with large windows on two sides.

First floor comprises a landing with bedroom on the right next to it and adjacent bedroom 4.  To the left of the landing is bedroom 3 with 2 storage cupboards. Opposite the stairs is a lounge / dining room with kitchette  accommodated in the former storage cupboards, the roof of the now balcony extension.  Outside the black paved area will be reinstated and extended, the retaining wall built to a lower level to provide views over the lawned garden, the area will be graded back rather than taken level with the retaining walls again to provide a pleasing view over the garden.Internally oak veneered doors to all rooms as a feature, bathrooms kitchen and other wet areas to be vinyl and the rest carpet, externally the walls will be boarded to match the existing gladding.  New plumbing and re wiring including  a new fire alarm system, and a telephone call system in the lift.
